Overview Fairview Southdale Hospital is searching for a volunteer coordinator who will be accountable for the daily operations of the department. This is a fantastic opportunity with a variety of responsibilities including developing marketing or public relations materials, recruit volunteers and place them in appropriate assignments, building customer relationships, and more Position information: This is a fulltime, day position, 80 hours per pay period Includes working every 3rd weekend Location: Edina, MN Responsibilities/Job summary The Coordinator is accountable for the daily operations of the department by organizing, implementing and maintaining a volunteer program that will contribute to the physical and mental well-being of patients, supports the needs of family members and staff, meets the mission of the hospital, encourages community interactions and meets the individual needs of the volunteers.
