Property Manager - (Kilauea, HI)

Overview SBM Management is looking to hire a Property Manager This position includes broad responsibility for managing all aspects of the property. Assignments include managing the daily operations, property management, property project management, purchasing, budget responsibility, and supervising staff members and/or subcontractors. Responsibilities Manages all contractors on site including but not limited to scheduling, ensuring quality of work, validating billing/timecards, and reviewing/approving invoices timely. Ensures all subcontracts/quotes and proper Certificates of Insurance are on file prior to commencement of work. Provides regular project updates that include visual documentation of progress. Maintains and provides visibility to a calendar of weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance and project schedules. Manages subcontractor bidding process including notifying unsuccessful bidders once a subcontract is awarded. Assist in creating and maintaining specifications and scopes of work.
