Regional Franchise Development Manager (Northeast or West) - (Benton, AR)

The position is responsible for providing execution and process ownership for the Western or Northeast US territory, executing KFC's Franchise & Business Development strategies. Act as a single point of contact for franchise development related activity for territory covered, while delivering effective and streamlined communication to franchise system on development pipeline. Manage/facilitate all phases of franchise development process and support for territory covered: market planning, site selection & approval, real estate contracts, permitting, construction, and turnover/grand opening on projects from inception. Responsible for attaining planned franchise development action approvals and timely new store openings for territory covered, including accurate forecasting and risk assessment. Includes utilizing project management processes to develop and maintain a pipeline of projects, track progress against milestones and effectively communicate progress reporting and results.
