SUMMARY Performs audits of the accuracy and timeliness of CPI and Mortgage insurance processing and escrow insurance disbursement made in accordance with the Service Center SLAs; and prepares and maintains accurate audit reports to support audit findings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES * Conducts quality control audits of insurance updates processed to assess compliance with company procedures and SLA agreements.
