Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities: Works in a manufacturing fast-paced environment Samples, sorts measures and inspects incoming components and raw materials to the company's blueprints or specifications. Inspects finished product 100% to checklists and inspection procedures Inspects in process production as required. Label and segregate the items that don't meet qualifications. Notify the supervisor and other responsible parties. Report all deviations. Prepares required inspection reports Knowledge of ISO procedures and qualifications. Some lifting up to 40lbs. (Assistance available for heavy lifting or moving of product during the inspection process and when inspection is completed). Proficient use of calipers, micrometers, steel hardness testing and other equipment.
