The Quality Assurance Analyst collaborates with our call center operations leaders and with our training staff in order to analyze and evaluate our department's reports. This is a unique opportunity to participate in identifying individual and program-level performance trends. Required responsibilities Learn, retain and apply the knowledge of our company policies and procedures to be consistent with our our standard operating procedures. Support our program initiatives and act as an SME while creating training content specific to identified line-of-business performance needs.
