Summary The TQC Inspector is responsible for the inspection, testing, and verification of various Hewlett Packard (HP) devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot Rushmore. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Daily Responsibilities % of Job - 90% Performing Visual Inspections: Assembly issues Missing screws Missing labels Defective plastics Performing Software/Hardware testing: Windows (7,8,8.1, 10, & Enterprise) ChromeOS Performing Documentation Verification: Traveler Form and physical Unit Verification Customer's Problem Description Technician's Repair Action Presence of Accessories Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job - 5% Builds and maintains a working environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
