Cornerstone Community Bank is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Specialist / Bank Teller at our branch located at 500 Riverside Way, Red Bluff, CA 96080. Description Performs a broad range of paying and receiving services, including taking deposits and withdrawing funds. Balances a cash drawer daily. Assists customers in troubleshooting and resolving account problems. Recommends Bank products and services. Provides excellent customer service. Experience Teller experience preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus. Qualifications High-school degree or GED required, unless age 18 Effective selling and cross-selling skills Superior written, verbal/nonverbal and people skills Expertise to utilize personal computers, Windows based programs and Ms office programs, specifically Microsoft excel and Microsoft word Copy/scanning machine skills required Phone skills and etiquette required Physical demands: May be required to lift up to 25 lbs Pay
