Content Writer - (Mission, KS)

Position title: Content Writer Job Location: Mission, KS Position summary: This position is responsible for developing content (text and graphics) for user documentation and knowledge base answers, ensuring error-free and technically accurate content that is consistent across all ScriptPro product lines. With the help of technical subject matter experts (SMEs), this position is responsible for producing easy to read and understand content that is produced in a timely manner and kept up to date with ScriptPro software release schedules. Position necessitates an individual who is not afraid to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and go the extra mile to ensure quality and accurate documentation. Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
