Customer Success Manager - (Portland, OR)

Learning.com Customer Success Managers are responsible for retaining current customers, renewals, upselling current customers, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Build and cultivate longterm relationships with districts and existing accounts to gain trust and loyalty Discover and create additional new opportunities within existing accounts Monitor / increase usage Schedule and attend customer training (PD) Ensure all customer uploads are completed and district successfully uses and understands products and benefits of products Maintain a high-level of activity to ensure daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and/or exceeded Conduct in person and on-line presentations and demonstrations Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM Be an expert in Learning.com's products, solutions, policies and procedures Negotiate contractual terms with existing/renewing clients Accurately forecast (within 5%) monthly and quarterly renewal sales Manage pipeline
