Project Manager - Corporate and Urban Market - (Tampa, FL)

Our corporate urban design team delivers tailored solutions for both workplaces and community-focused developments, creating value for our clients and the people who background these places. Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of project management including: client management, project scope development, design documentation, production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, financial management, marketing assistance, project quality control and delivery. Provide leadership and direction for the execution of significant Corporate and Urban projects. Act as mentor and coach to junior-level teammates while fostering an environment of mutual respect and trust among senior-level teammates. Create and sustain client relationships, as well as foster new relationships to continue to grow our corporate/mixed use design practice. Position qualifications: Must currently be a licensed / registered professional architect, interior designer or engineer.
