Overview The Client HR Trainer serves as a trusted HR partner by facilitating and designing cutting edge HR training for clients and prospects. Job details Facilitate, design, and develop training and development courses and materials in order to build best in class HR Training Program client HR. Establish and maintain strong excellent working relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and successfully resolve HR training needs. Develop strong relationships with internal partners, local businesses, and community organizations in order to build the credibility of the client HR training team, drive leads and referrals, and maintain knowledge of the current marketplace. Support the HR training program by assisting with coordination and administration for training events, processes, and systems. Facilitate and lead training in a variety of formats. This may include including but not limited to classroom, webinar, podcast, and on-demand formats.
