Technical Trainer-Customer Operations - (Tampa, FL)
Overview The Customer Operations Technical Trainer is responsible for training ABILITY products to the ABILITY customer base and the Customer Operations employee base. In addition, they are responsible for delivering specific training around strategic initiatives to ABILITY customers via remote technology and on site as applicable. The Customer Operations Technical Trainer will have a passion and proficiency for training and the transfer of knowledge to both to external and internal audiences. They are responsible to ensure appropriate training and documentation is available and works with various departments to both update and create training and materials that will be used by ABILITY customers and employees. This person is well-versed in all ABILITY product lines.
