Overview As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter will source, recruit, interview, check references, present candidates to hiring managers, and occasionally conduct orientation for new employees. This position will become f amiliar with Young's Market Company's concepts, best practices, and procedures to recruit top talent. This position necessitates the Recruiter to plan, execute and promote the College and Veteran recruiting programs within Southern California. The Recruiter will rely on extensive background and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will also perform a variety of tasks to support the recruiting team and Manager, Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all candidates in the full life cycle recruiting process, including candidate selection, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and orientation/on-boarding for new employees. Participate in College recruiting events as needed.
