Human resources analyst - immigration - (Honolulu, HI)

Immigration: Manage and coordinate the immigration process with employees, management and legal counsel (this includes, but is not limited to case preparation for temporary and permanent visa petitions and applications, work authorization, and client verification letters). Track and monitor all cases to ensure all deadlines are met with regards to renewals and filing dates. Work directly with visa candidates to resolve employee inquiries and be able to communicate and align employee expectations to the current immigration environment. Leverage legal counsel when necessary. Monitor and track associated immigration costs to ensure budgetary parameters are maintained. Evaluate the effectiveness of the immigration processes/practices and provides recommendations for adjustments to ensure alignment with the Organizations objectives. Keeps apprised of changes to immigration laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance.
