Fulltime Paralegal - (Madison, WI)

Paralegal Duties: Work in insurance defense; personal injury, and medical malpractice defense. Responsibilities would include: assist attorney in all aspects of discovery responses and document production; summarize medical records and depositions; assist in the preparation of trials, depositions and mediations; other duties as required or as assigned. Applicant should have: 3-5yrs of civil litigation background; clear and great communication expertise oral and written; expertise to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily, and capability to work unaided and proactively in a fast pace work atmosphere.
