Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Assess processes and procedures performed at corporate and mine locations, and develops a plan to streamline HR functions across the company. * Acts to support the human factor in the company by developing and executing strategies with Partners in Organizational Development (performance evaluation, training and development) and Talent Acquisition (Staffing). * Researches, analyzes data and prepares quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions and current program goals and progress.
