Location: CO, Longmont - Longmont Job details General Summary Perform all functions related to daily operations of the Grocery department, including inventory control, maintenance of back room and floor, and assisting Team Leader in training and supporting Teammates. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all duties and responsibilities of Whole Body Team player. Provide excellent customer service. Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, margins, and labor, and achieving targets. Assist in the hiring, development, leading, counseling, and termination of Teammates. Monitor inventory levels, and participate in monthly inventory process. Drive team productivity. Comply with all applicable health and safety codes. Help implement and support all regional programs. Build displays and request appropriate signage. Attend all team and store meetings. Act as Team Leader in their absence. Perform other duties, as assigned by Team Leader.
