Director of Operations DESCRIPTION A Wider Circle is in the midst of a major growth period and is looking to add an experienced professional as our Director of Operations. The individual in this position will oversee the daily activities at our 35,000 square feet center in Silver Spring, MD. It is a leadership position for an individual excited to make a major commitment to the movement to end poverty. The Director of Operations will oversee daily activities and facilities – and the personnel involved in both. This is an active position, in that you are on your feet throughout the day, ensuring the background here is of the highest quality and dignity for everyone who comes into our midst. The Director of Operations will need a great eye for logistics and communications across departments, setting the schedule for both office and warehouse activities and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
