Associate, Real Estate Underwriting, Global Purpose The Global Real Estate Underwriting & Analytics team is responsible for the management and supervision of WeWorks investment committee, deal underwriting, real estate data analytics, global portfolio reporting, and market research. As the Global Underwriting Associate, this role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, real estate portfolio management to drive business intelligence and global growth. You will be a cross-functional resource dedicated to financial modeling, deal underwriting / auditing, providing metrics-based analyses and creating presentations for senior leadership. You will become a subject matter expert on WeWorks corporate financial performance with the expertise to lead conversations with external parties.
