Regional Property Manager - (San Leandro, CA)

We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Property Manager to work on-site at a mixed-use Retail/Flex center just south of Oakland in San Leandro. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of an on-site center as well as oversee retail centers in San Francisco and Gilroy, CA. Total portfolio square footage is just over 1 million square feet. As the Regional Property Manager , 1 is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: Supervise an on-site staff consisting of an Assistant Property Manager, Engineer and contracted Janitorial and Security. Implement the approved strategic management plan for assets assigned in portfolio. Foster and maintain positive tenant relations through tenant and site visits, tenant meetings, correspondence, and by being accessible and providing timely and effective service and response.
