Direct Banker I PT 30 - More than your bank. Your banker. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (Varies) Some Saturdays Position qualifications / Details of Direct Banker: Receives incoming calls, which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures and provide client service with the objective of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services. ·Handles incoming calls with intent of providing client satisfaction and retention. Selling is the primary function of this position. ·Requires extensive knowledge as to the structure of the company and its products and services to maximize the profit potential of each client via the telephone. This individual must be able to handle multiple tasks and have strong management expertise. Additionally, this individual will be required to meet and track monthly sales goals. ·Follow up on sales and service requests.
