Beauty Counter Manager - (Corpus Christi, TX)

Position Objective: To provide an environment that encourages and maximizes sales for a Cosmetic Treatment Brand (Lauder, Clinique, Lancome or Arden/Fashion Fair). To promote good working relationships among Beauty Advisors, the cosmetic department and Store management. Achieve Monthly/Quarterly sales goals by engaging clients, applying products and providing consultation. Use tools provided to monitor and track sales performance. Determine/allocate sales goals to each BA. 60% Coordination of Special Events and Special offers for respective Brand: Maintain and expand client lists through the use of the Client Smart System. Achieve all pre-sell goals and Gift Goals where applicable.
