Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - (Columbia, SC)

Along with the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. The right applicant will be responsible for leading and motivating maintenance personnel on a daily basis, and assigning areas of responsibility to individual maintenance staff.
