American Specialty Health, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to join our Human Resources Department. This position includes oversight of the design, development and implementation of HR trainings, as well as other HR assigned tasks including the management of training compliance record keeping. You are invited to learn more about American Specialty Health's events on our events page. Responsibilities Responsible for development and implementation of HR training programs. Assess training needs and develops training programs and training materials based on training needs. Oversees scheduling of training sessions. Provides training to leadership in designated areas including, organizational skills, writing and delivering performance evaluations, coaching and counseling employees, teambuilding, conflict resolution, non-harassment, etc. Provides support and facilitates 1st-day new hire orientation. Provides new and ongoing trainings, including emergency procedures, ergonomics, diversity and regulatory requirements.
