Senior Food Service Specialist Monticello - (Monticello, IN)

The Sr. Food Service Specialist is a lead position that effectively and professionally interacts and builds relationships with our customers and follows up on various duties. This position will be responsible for preparing foods, maintain a food safety and sanitation standard throughout the entire store. Builds Relationships Promotes Living Brand Serves as Product Brand Advocate Follow up on all Shift Duty Checklists completed by FS Specialists and communicates any concerns to the store manager. Follow up on all cleanliness and sanitation duties outlined in the Shift Duty Checklists and Weekly Duty Checklists. Reports any concerns to the store manager. Ensure that equipment maintenance and operation of all refrigeration, ovens, and POS equipment is operable and report conditions that are a concern. Follow up daily that all line checks are being completed ensuring the freshest quality products are only being served.
