EXPERIENCED Prep - Cooks / Dishwashers - (Midland, TX)

I. Summary (Scope of the Job) Cotton is searching for experienced, reliable and high-volume adaptable Utility/Prep Cooks/Dishwashers local to the Midland/Odessa area. This role will be responsible for assisting the cook with food, dining room/galley preparations and cleaning, assisting in serving meals, washing dishes and other duties that may be required outside the kitchen. In addition, the Utility/Prep Cook will have general housekeeping duties to include cleaning bathrooms and toilets, buffing floors, disposing of garbage any duties as assigned by the manager that can be performed safely. The Perfect applicant will have 1-three years' experience, able to manage their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
