SUMMARY: To welcome guests and provide superior service. Responsible for a high-level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Greet and seat guests following rotation procedures? Ask the guest for feedback on their meal and invite them back as they depart ? Operate point-of-sales system and handle cash and cash equivalents ? Complete daily register transactions and make vault deposits ? Answer questions, and offer event and promotional details? Assist with cleaning floors, arranging tables and filling water glasses and coffee cups? Keep management updated on business flow ?
