Labor and Employment Partner - (Boston, MA)
Boston office of our client seeks labor and employment partner with 10+ years of background. The applicant should have significant background with employer-side representation in the following: Compliance with state and federal discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, non-competition matters; Counsel on workplace policies and handbooks; Manager training on FMLA, ADA, harassment and discrimination, diversity and best practices for interviewing and hiring; discrimination matters in Massachusetts state and federal courts, and state and federal administrative agencies; wage and hour litigation; Non-Competition litigation both enforcing the agreement and defending against its enforcement. Must have an active license and in good standing with Massachusetts State Bar.
