Senior Maintenance Technician - (Palo Alto, CA)

1) Does plumbing and steam fitting, alterations and repairs on hot and cold water, sewer, steam process and heating, gas air pressure, vacuum and oxygen systems, chilled water systems, etc.2) Installs new piping for Sterilizers, laundry, and other Hospital equipment and puts in piping installations in accordance with national and local code qualifications.3) Installs, checks, maintains and repairs piping systems, checks and maintains faucets, pipes, bowls, sinks, valves, traps, etc., of water systems. Performs repairs to steam systems, checking and maintaining radiators, traps, regulators, controls, valves and other specialties.4) Assists in major and minor utility shut down requested by various departments, outside contractors, and in-house shops.5) Complies with all hospital standards and policies with a focus on safety, license qualifications, , attendance, and training.6) Installs new or replacement machinery, equipment
