Tracking Code 612-291 Job overview SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the elements of reliability. The elements of reliability address the root causes of equipment failures and improve the safety and reliability of mill assets. KEY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the elements of reliability, including: predictive maintenance (vibration), preventative maintenance, precision maintenance, operator driven reliability, maintenance driven reliability, lubrication, RCFA process, and special projects as directed. * Champion Operator Driven Reliability and Maintenance Driven Reliability programs. * Lead the precision maintenance program to ensure that equipment is repaired, balanced, installed and aligned to strict standards before being placed in service.
