Production Director of Operations - (Penn, PA)

The Production Director of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of production to include: planning, organizing, staffing, directing, measuring, controlling and reporting of the manufacturing division of the company. Focus on current operational performance and develop/implement processes, procedures, systems, metrics and reporting to support, improve and innovate manufacturing business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* Lead operations to include manufacturing, planning, engineering, maintenance, safety and implementation of new product line production.* Manage and evolve policies, programs and projects in respect to schedules, product consistency, quality, safety and labor.* Implement MRP to include creation of key metrics to measure all aspects of production.* Oversee maintenance and engineering activities to include both current production as well as planned projects, creating metrics and goals to measure efficiency, cost reduction
