Speech Language Pathologist (Peds/adult) Full time Days, $10k Sign-on JOB DETAILS: The speech -language pathologist provides quality care according to the principle of speech -language pathology practice . The speech -language pathologist develops an individualized plan of care that defines: the treatment to be rendered, frequency and duration of treatment, measurable goals including both longterm and short-term goals. The speech -language pathologist implements the course of treatment to correct disorders of speech, language, voice, oral-pharyngeal function and cognitive/ communication abilities. Develop and dispense augmentative and alternate communication systems and provide training in their use. The SLP also provides bedside consultation for swallowing problems and Modified Barium Swallowing Studies in conjuncture with the radiologist.
