Critical Care Nurse Residency- July - (Newark, DE)

Christiana Care is inviting Graduate Nurses and new RN's to apply for our Critical Care Nurse Residency Program starting July 2019. The Critical Care Nurse Residency Program (CCNRP) is a challenging 26-week program that integrates educational components with preceptor-led clinical experiences on Critical Care units. The participant will have the opportunity to rotate through 1 stepdown and 2 critical care units. Participating Critical Care units may include: Surgical Critical Care Complex (Surgery and Trauma), Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Wilmington ICU, Christiana and Wilmington PACU. The Critical Care Residency Nurse Program will last 26 weeks and consist of a six week rotation on a step down unit followed by 2 rotations on an adult ICU. Upon successful program completion, participants will be hired as a staff nurse within a Critical Care unit at Christiana Care Health System.
