Professional property management company has an opening for a Leasing Consultant for an apartment community located in Hillsboro, OR. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve max occupancy and ensure resident retention. This position mandates an individual with outstanding interpersonal communication abilities, strong sales skills and customer service abilities. Other qualifications include a high-school diploma or equivalent, tax credit and HUD background, outstanding verbal and written correspondence abilities, a polite and professional approach and excellent administrative skills.
