Job summary: A Commercial Evaluator (CE) develops new sources of business, cultivates leads, and sells company services to commercial properties of all types including restaurants, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, sports and entertainment complexes, etc. As an outside sales professional, a CE must develop relationships with potential customers, Chamber of Commerce, and related business associations to sell new commercial services. A CE works independently with minimal supervision. They will frequent commercial properties daily to solicit business. CE's commit to monthly sales goals and activity reports.
