MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Nights Position details SUMMARY: The Supervisor, Maintenance will be responsible managing maintenance function to achieve production and service level goals for assigned product line or facility. Essential duties and responsibilities: Provides requested technicalsupport for all manufacturing areas. Provides on-site ability and sets expectations to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals. Develops preventative and predictive maintenance plans for all production equipment. Ensures maintenance policies and procedures are accurate and documented. Organize, staff and lead the maintenance function to support product line or facility needs to optimize effectiveness and productivity. Defines and facilitates objectives and metrics;report to leadership on department performance. Mentors and coaches teammates by providing regular feedback and cross training opportunities. Conduct annual reviews and participate in salary planning activities.
