The primary purpose of this position, AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (FLIGHT LINE EXPEDITER) WS-8801-11, is to provide on-equipment maintenance for General Test and Test Aircraft and provide a limited supervisor on-equipment aircraft maintenance crews under the direction of an aircraft mechanic supervisor.Responsibilities Supervise and direct the efforts of maintenance crews consisting of Aircraft Mechanics, Aircraft Integrated electronics Systems Mechanics, and/or weapons systems mechanics. Assign work to individuals and provide technical direction and/or help in accomplishing difficult work steps and processes. Participate in the development of performance plans and recommends them to supervisors.
