Driller's Assistant-Field Services Dept. - (Concord, NH)

DescriptionAssist with the operation and maintenance of direct-push and H.S.A. drill rigs, associated vehicles and equipment. Will perform environmental and geotechnical drilling. Work as part of a 2 person team to perform field and drillingtasks. Other various drilling activities to be performed such as soil borings, sampling, in-situ testing, monitoring well installations, repairs and decommissioning. Assist with the responsibility for maintaining necessary logs, records of drilling activities, licensing and filing well reports. Responsible for safety procedures while on site. Must demonstrate safe work practices and avoid unsafe behaviors at all times. Safety is a condition of employment.RequirementsValid driver's license required. No background necessary, however, preference given to applicants possessing background and/or a valid drivers license B license. Applicants should have some expertise to maintain/repair mechanical and hydraulic systems or convey the willingness to be trained.
