Portfolio Property Manager AMG Management Group, LLC is seeking a full-time community property manager to join our team.The Property Manager is responsible for assisting our Associations with their day-to-day operations and providing outstanding customer service to the Association Board of Directors and its homeowners.The Manager's primary assignments include:- Budget Preparation- Attendance at Board Meetings- On-call once a month for emergencies- Professional handling of all homeowner grievances and Board requests- Producing all mailings and details that is disseminated to property ownersCandidates must be an Illinois licensed Community Association Manager and have min 2+ years background in condominium, townhome and homeowner association management.Excellent project management expertise, organization and effective communication abilities (both verbal and written) are required.Medical/Dental plan, 401K and Paid-Time off benefits with competitive salaryPlease email your introductory letter
