Supervisor of Athletics and Student Activities - (Athens, PA)

ANTICIPATED VACANCY SUPERVISOR OF ATHLETICS AND STUDENT ACTIVITIES The Athens Area School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Supervisor of Athletics and Student Activities. The successful applicant will oversee the AASD High-school and Middle School athletic programs as well as be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing K-8 youth activities at our elementary and middle school buildings. Those activities will include educational and athletic events as well as programs that ensure participants have the opportunity to learn new skills and participate in programs while having fun in a safe environment. The successful applicant will need to be energetic, creative, compassionate, professional, and community minded. A Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Education, Youth Development or other related degree is required. Background in interscholastic sports is also required.
