Junior Accountant - (Titusville, FL)

General Description: Under the supervision of the Senior Accountant, responsible for the day to day accounting functions related to the medical center and related entities general ledger, treasury management, physician practices, and fixed assets. Maintains financial records and reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Each Junior Accountant will have a foremost responsibility for 1 or more of the following functions, with cross training required, Treasury Management, Physician Practices/Other Entities, and Fixed Assets. This position performs a broad range of tasks that require considerable independent judgment, decision making, customer service, and significant computer knowledge. The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare. Critical responsibilities: :Day to day responsibilities to include, month end close, quarterly and year end.
