Senior Facilities Coordinator (Military Veterans Wanted!) - (Tucson, AZ)

Position description The Sr. Facilities Coordinator is a full time position providing administrative support to Site Facilities Supervisor, Account Client mgmt team, as directed. This person will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to company processes and procedures for the account and day to day site administrative duties. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed by management. Complies with C&W and Client--??s Safety policies, regulations and SOP procedures. On-boarding of new hires all paperwork required per playbook guidelines for Ventana employees, and as directed by client mgmt. Prepares, corrects, approves and submits weekly employee payroll. Tracks and logs employee time off requests. On-boarding of vendors, obtain quotes, processes invoice, obtains statuses of payments for vendors and retains required files. Maintains vendor work orders and purchase order records. Establishes and maintains business related files.
