Training and reporting equipment will be provided. Hours are flexible. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Provide in-home DME medical necessity evaluation services to Members in Riverside & San Bernardino Counties; Provide an unbiased DME evaluation or functional assessments, by a physical therapist, to determine if a Member qualifies for high cost mobility DME and needed equipment type. A separate DME Provider will be sent to fit and provide approved equipment to the Member; Review cases for medical necessity based on IEHP-approved criteria sets, which include California Code of Regulations Title 22, IEHP Utilization Management Subcommittee Approved Authorization Guidelines, Milliman Care Guidelines
