Weeks Family Farms, Juniata, NE, seeks two temporary farm laborers from 02/01/19 to 11/29/19, near Juniata, NE. To Fertilize, plant, irrigate, cultivate and harvest row crops including corn, soybeans, popcorn, and prairie hay. General farm labor including weeding, operating tractors, irrigation, fertilizing, mowing and harvesting equipment. Maintain and repair farm buildings and equipment. Hauling crops and equipment. Must be able to obtain valid drivers license and good driving history required. Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds for 75 yds. six months of Truck Driver/Farm Machine Operator background required. Wage is $14.38/per hour. Weeks Family Farms guarantees employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays from 02/01/19 to 11/29/19. Tools, supplies, and equipment provided by employer at no cost to employee. Housing provided at no cost to all workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the work day.
