Retail Store General Manager - Min 5 Yrs Experience - (Vancouver, WA)

Dynamic, professional and energetic manager trainee, able to create, cultivate, enhance business relationships, effectively manage sales personnel and staff. This position is for general manager after complete training. You should already have at least five years managerial experience, be knowledgeable of sales strategies, a capable trainer and a motivational leader who can drive production, encourage a competitive and positive work environment and drive company growth. Prior Background: Recommended 5-ten years background managing sales. Background in the landscape products industry with buyers, such as landscapers, construction contractors, masons and DIY home owners a plus. Duties: Responsible for sales as an individual contributor, as well as territory and staff manager. Plan for 10% travel to visit targeted customers in the area to teach and train sales staff, educate potential customers, and enhance relationships with existing customers.
