Senior Youth Counselor- Oak Ridge Alpha Program - (Orlando, FL)

Job Purpose: As a Senior Youth Counselor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of key functions to plan and implement intensive therapy and counseling processes for children with addiction, behavioral and/or mental disorders. These functions include - but are not limited to - completing the required assessments under the supervision of a licensed professional, coordinating and implementing behavioral health programing associated with the treatment plan, developing the child or adolescent's discharge and aftercare plan with DJJ, ADM and/or the Office of Family Safety and Preservation, performing psychosocial assessments through interviewing of clients, family and others, providing focused therapeutic treatment and counseling to clients, assessing the needs of the client and family to refer them to the appropriate support services and programs, monitoring condition and behavior of client and effectively communicate progress to other professionals
