About us: At Upcomer we’re making it easy and more engaging to follow esports. We do that through our top-rated mobile app and our website, where we provide great content and a new kind of community for esports fans. After a successful launch earlier this year with over 100k users and 4.8/5 stars on the app stores, we recently closed our seed round of $2M from some of the world’s top investors. We’re now looking for an experienced and talented CS:GO Writer/Analyst. Opportunity: As the only CS:GO Writer/Analyst at Upcomer, you will be responsible for ideating, researching, and creating all of our written CS:GO content, which includes both in-depth articles and basic news coverage. You will also collaborate closely with our video production team in scripting and ideating high-quality CS:GO videos such as gameplay breakdowns and pro interviews. Finally, you’ll collaborate closely with our product team to make sure that our CS:GO stats, matches, tournaments and other features are the best they can be.
