Clayton County Public Schools is seeking candidates for the following position(s): Consultative Teacher (TRS/Part-tiime Lead Special Ed Teacher) Location: Department for Exceptional Students Summary: Monitors and supports the compliance of schools with timelines, state and federal regulations. Leads the school with compliance monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEP?s) and eligibilities. This position reports to the Director of Exceptional Students. Required responsibilities: Monitors special education compliance for assigned school. Develops IEP master calendar to ensure that all IEPs and eligibilities are in compliance. Facilitates the IEP Review process for the school. Monitors and provides support during IEP meetings to ensure quality and compliance. Serves as point of contact for all initial IEPs.
