Part Time Teller - Bilingual - (Beloit, WI)

This position will work at our Beloit Main Banking Center. Assignments include making clients feel welcome and appreciated, and providing the highest level of quality customer service. Our Tellers handle our client's immediate requests, and help identify additional financial needs they may have. The successful applicant will undergo thorough training to learn procedures, obtain knowledge of bank products and services, process transactions in an efficient and timely fashion, balance the Teller drawer, and achieve referral goals. Background & Requirements: A High-school diploma is required, plus a min of 2 years prior banking or sales background. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus, but not required. Tellers must possess excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, sales, customer service and technical skills, and be able to work flexible scheduling including Saturday.
